In Gov. Jerry Brown’s 2012–13 budget, he is proposing that school districts have the flexibility to require only one high school science class instead of the two currently mandated by state law. Currently California State law requires that high school students take one course in biological science and one in physical science. Imagine the levels of achievement that are possible when learning is fun. The rigor becomes the adventure as new worlds are discovered. Learning becomes a life long pursuit.
Whats the latest with you? Eager to hear all about what you are doing. Bet you are busier than ever as usual.
Thanks much for the invite to CVSP website 8-)
You know what end of school year is like... we finished up the main goal of preparing our students for CST Science testing of course... now im winding down the school year... doing a carb/fat/protein unit using Educationally Enhanced Super Size Me lessons... next ill move onto chemicals that affect the body like alcohol, tobacco, etc.
Looking forward to catching up with you!
Respectfully,
Scott
Good to hear from you I'm doing well, not sure about my school tho. How about you? I think I will unable to attend the institute as I will be starting summer school myself. I was accepted into the aspiring admin program and will start on June 25. What are the dates for the institute?
